Narrative opening analysis

Out of all these films we have analyzed we agree that Dark Water has the most techniques within that have influenced us to experiment with them in our Ghost Horror. Techniques such as, a child whispering a nursery rhyme creates tension and vulnerability towards the film because we think the child may be "possessed" or at harm.
We have also taken some essential use of location from another film we analyzed called "The Others" by using a airy very atmospheric building in a almost abandoned area.
