FINAL FILM

We have given our film a mark of 42 which is a middle level three. We gave ourselves 42 because our filming was solid, with well framed steady shots of varied length and type. Our editing gave our film a flow which helps the viewer understand what is going on. Also, our sound works well with the film, using different techniques where appropriate and our titles were of a good quality.

We feel we let ourselves down with mise-en-scene. After finding our location we didn't do anything else to enhance the mise-en-scene and we used no other techniques except a straight cut. If we had included these things it could have given our film a richer quality we felt it lacked. However, our main problem comes with the objective of shooting things appropriate to the task. Our main problem in filming was making it scary. We relied heavily on the sound to do this and so with more thought and preparation we could have improved the visual scare factor.
